SELF PAY ONLY - NO INSURANCE
A paper bill (a paid invoice) can be provided for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement
SESSION FEES: INDIVIDUALS $110 and COUPLES $120
Additional Fees:
Travel time is billed for a session that requires me to travel to another location for the session.
These fees are prorated based on the normal session fee of $110 per 60 minutes
